Missions
Hope for Guatemala
HISTORY TODAY These children come every weekday to City of Hope. City of Hope is the name of our ministry center in Zone 18. We have converted a building located on 50 acres of woodland and farmland into an oasis for the children. The facility has a full kitchen, bakery, classrooms, beauty salon, farm, and of course a soccer field. It is a safe place for the children to come to every day and eat, learn, play, and draw nearer to Jesus. Only 1% of Guatemalan students graduate with a professional degree according to statistics provided by USAC, the national university of Guatemala. As a result, we offer daily tutoring and vocational training. We provide the children with school supplies to do their homework and projects as well as adult supervision and assistance with their assignments. In this way we motivate the children to continue their studies, learn a trade, and even dream of going to college. Our vocational programs include a beauty salon, bakery, sewing, and a farm. Through these the children are able to learn a profession that will benefit them for the rest of their lives.
Global Impact Ministries International
Meet The Founders In Mexico, they taught in a Bible school, ministered in churches, and evangelized on the streets. After that Mark served on pastoral staff at Victory Christian Center in Lockport, NY for four years. From 2003 to 2007, Mark and Victoria volunteered as instructors at DOMATA India, a four-month school that trains men and women for the ministry. Since graduating from DOMATA School of Missions in 2000, they have been running with the vision that burns in their hearts - world evangelism. Since January 1st, 2001 they have been conducting Good News Miracle Festivals and Faith and Fire Leadership Conferences. Thousands are saved, healed, and filled with the Holy Spirit in the Festivals. In addition, the conferences help mobilize local ministers to plant churches in unreached neighborhoods and villages. Hundreds of churches are being planted as a result of the nationals being strengthened and challenged in the conferences. When not overseas, Mark and Victoria minister in churches across the USA where they teach life changing subjects from the Word of God and impart a spirit of revival and faith. The Bowlings have three wonderful sons - Nicholas, Samuel and Stephen, who all love Jesus. Mission Since 2001, we have seen more than 320,000 people call on the name of Jesus for salvation in the festivals. Thousands have been baptized in the Holy Spirit. Multitudes have been healed by the power of God. There is significant church growth as a result of the outreaches. In the conferences, ministers are being strengthened in the faith. They are being mobilized to multiply and plant churches in unreached areas of the world. So far, there are over 11,000 churches planted in seven nations as a result of the festivals and conferences.
